Meet Chef Efraim

My name is Chef Efraim Vasquez and I am a professionally trained Chef who loves food and I want my clients to share in that love. I have 25 years of professional cooking experience working in the finest restaurants in New York City. All of my food is great tasting, and balanced from a variety of different cultures. We specialize in Southern, Italian, Vegan, Caribbean, and American cuisines. I am available for most dining events from small and intimate settings, to the current safety max of 40 people per event. I put my all into the food making your event worry-free. I get that dining out is a little different now. Let me remove some of the worries, and let's create a menu that will help you forget you are not at your favorite restaurant and remember that YOU created the memory! Saying "YES" is our motto.
